How to eat today?

Usually we eat incorrectly and excessive for our life style. Starting from a basic principle , today we eat without an interior "BALANCE". To maintain constant energy deposits and then the body weight is necessary to introduce food with a sufficient amount of energy to cover what our body consumes to live. This concept is known as “ ENERGY BUDGET “. Obviously this definition is simplistic, as is the amount that the accumulation not only on the basis of what and how much we eat.
Currently we eat much, bad, quickly and don’t drink water enough and don’t practice "constantly" any type of physical activity.
But as it should be our daily diet to be in metabolic balance, but also with ourselves?


But I ask what does now, our balance, our psyche?

Yes, we considered only surface if there the psychological power occupies in our lives but also that of the psychological have on our style food. Food is social, vent valve, is a gift, but it is also a rival to defeat, it is "balance with ourselves."
Is all this for us human beings. If we are not in harmony with ourselves, we do not even with our body. In order to allow the maintenance of good health, proper nutrition must ensure a fair contribution not only energy but also of plastic.

To determine a GOOD nutritional diet is necessary to know:

Today our kitchen is full of simple sugars in all forms (liquid and solid), carbohydrates (bread and pasta), a lot of red meat, very little fish, little fruit and vegetables, excessive amounts of alcohol  is consumed between meals.

Course corrections will be done both in the quality of food and the quantity, because the two factors are closely connected.
